Initial Encounter provides personalized service, offering custom embroidery, monogramming, custom t-shirts, sports apparel/accessories, wedding gifts and baby items all performed on-site in our own shop. Whether it's a single item or outfitting your business with your company logo, we handle the job quickly and expertly, with the quality and professionalism that only comes from years of experience in the field. Having served the community for over 28 years we constantly try to adapt and expand our product line to accomodate new trends, while still maintaining the highest level of quality.  We specialize  in computerized embroidery and monogramming of merchandise. Initial Encounter also offers heat sealing - an alternative to silk screening - with repeat orders that do not require another set-up charge. Our newest addition is Dye-Sublimation which allows us to offer even more gift items, promotional items and personalized products.
